We use a patented process to scrub, sort and remove duplicates from the listings we have, resulting in clean, thorough new mover data for every metropolitan area in the country.

Searching for New Movers

How much does it cost to search for New Movers?

How long does it take to search for New Movers?

How do I start searching for New Movers?

You can start searching for new movers right away with just zip codes and a timeframe. You can choose from the last full week, last full month or a specific date range. If you’d like to narrow or specify your search, you can select from our list of selective criteria.

How do I specify the location I am interested in?

For your convenience, we support two different ways of specifying location. You can select major metropolitan areas across the country or you can provide a list of zip codes. Zip codes can be five-digits or nine-digits or a combination of the two.

How many zip codes can I enter?

Our online evaluation system allows you to enter up to 200 zip codes directly into the text area on the counts request page. Zips can be separated by spaces, dashes or commas.

How can I select the New Movers that are most relevant to me?

With our online evaluation system, you simply choose your search criteria using location, time range and filters. We will return a primary count of the new movers conforming to your search criteria in less than one minute. Can I choose a specific date range?

A Single-Family Dwelling Unit (SFDU) is another name for single family homes that do not require a secondary address such as an apartment or suite number for mail delivery

What is a “Multi Family Dwelling Unit (MFDU)”?

A Multiple-Family Dwelling Unit is a home that requires a secondary address such as an apartment or suite number for mail delivery.

What is “Delivery Point Verification (DPV)”?

Choosing this filter will ensure that you only receive listings that have been certified by the USPS as deliverable. This can help you cut costs on your mailing campaign by reducing the amount of mail returned as non-deliverable.

We run all of our listings through the USPS DPV™ system which flags addresses that are not valid delivery points. Common cases of non-deliverable mail are: missing secondary unit number, such as an apartment or a suite number, or a bad street address.

What is “Require Street Address”?

Requiring a street address is useful when you when you are using your new mover data for a mail campaign.

Purchasing your New Mover Data

Do I need an account to purchase New Mover data?

Yes, you will need an account to purchase and download new mover data? You do not need an account to run an evaluation.

What is your refund policy?

Our data is sold “as-is” without warranty expressed or implied regarding its suitability. As such, we are unable to offer refunds for query results. However, if you feel you have been erroneously charged for queries you did not make or for result data you have not received, please contact us at 1-800-763-6063 between 8am and 6pm pacific, Monday through Friday. We encourage you to review the sample data we offer to determine if our data is right for your business before you buy
